Zendbox among winners for [.blue]Best eCommerce Support Business 2022[.blue]

Zendbox was among the top 3 businesses that have been awarded Best eCommerce Support Business with less than 200 employees at the industry-recognised eCommerce Awards 2022.

Taking place during the annual eCommerce Expo, the eCommerce Awards were launched in 2007 to recognise and celebrate the most innovative and market-leading initiatives and products within the online space.

Open to organisations of all sizes and locations, Zendbox was up against fierce competition, with event organisers expressing that the quantity and quality of entries had been incredibly high this year. Entrants for the Best eCommerce Support Business Award – which was split into two categories based on company size – were tasked with demonstrating how they support eCommerce businesses with their fulfilment and logistics services.

The Zendbox team impressed the judges with their award entry, which highlighted how the company’s proprietary order and inventory management software, Zendportal, helps online brands streamline their eCommerce operations so that they can focus on growth. Additionally, Zendbox showcased the benefits of Zendportal’s Inventory Analysis feature as a useful tool for eCommerce businesses to drive sales, improve cash flow, and minimise waste from products that have expired before they can be sold.

The judges were also impressed with Zendbox’s demonstrable experience in helping some eCommerce businesses increase their order volumes by a remarkable 80% through ongoing service enhancements, including an ultra-late order cut-off time of 7.30pm for next-day delivery. Speaking about Zendbox, the judges remarked:
