We know that there may be instances where some of your stock will no longer have any sales value and, therefore, cannot be sold to customers. This could be because they have expired or are soon to expire, or because they have minor damage caused during transit to our fulfilment centres. You may have even discontinued this stock or discovered some minor faults with the products that don't quite meet your quality control parameters.
Whatever the reason, we can return this stock to you or dispose of it according to your service preferences. Should you wish, we can also donate your goods to our official partner, Nourish Community Foodbank. This is part of our sustainability goals to help eCommerce businesses give back to local communities and protect the planet.
We aim to book all standard goods in to stock within 24 hours of the goods arriving at our fulfilment centres. There's no lengthy wait for your goods to be made available to sell!

Although we can advise in this area, it is the responsibility of your eCommerce business to ensure your inventory successfully clears customs and arrives at our fulfilment centre.
We offer an ultra-late order cut-off time of 9pm for next-day delivery* from Monday to Friday. This means that orders will be picked, packed, and prepared for shipping on the same day if the order is within our system by 9pm. Zendbox also offers Sunday processing and dispatching, which means your customers can receive their order on Monday if it is placed by 3pm on Sunday.
